User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of the prompts you input into the Service. The AI-generated output is subject to the terms of the underlying AI models we use. We make no claim of ownership over the AI-generated output that is directly attributable to your specific input, beyond what is necessary to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring that your input and use of the generated output do not infringe upon any third-party rights.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless PromptCraft AI and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password; or b) a breach of these Terms.
